Searenergy manages project scope and technical execution, contractors, interfaces, schedules, costs and contracts across manufacturing, construction and commissioning, as well as for project activities carried out during asset operation.

Manufacturing and construction supervision begins during the fabrication phase at production sites and fabrication yards and continues through load-out, transport, installation and commissioning. We select and contract the client representatives and plan and prepare their deployment for these assignments.

Searenergy applies a project management approach aligned with recognised IPMA and PMI standards. Project managers holding relevant IPMA or PMI certifications use consistent methods for scope, schedule, resource, cost, contract and interface management.
