Taking responsibility for construction work packages
Searenergy manages construction work packages from preparation and mobilisation through execution to documented completion. We plan and coordinate construction activities, provide site supervision and execute defined installation works.
For client-side supervision, we select, contract, prepare and deploy client representatives for assignments covering manufacturing and fabrication at production sites and fabrication yards, load-out and transport, offshore installation and commissioning. We also mobilise and manage construction and installation teams. The delivery scope integrates personnel and shift planning, work-package-specific procurement and construction logistics.
