Project Certification Management of the Elbe1 has played a crucial role in the success of the Changfang & Xidao, Zhong Neng, and Fengmiao Offshore Wind Farms in Taiwan by providing comprehensive Certification Consultancy for their EPCI contracts. Our services include Procurement Consultancy, guiding the contracting of EPC and EPCI contractors as well as certification bodies. We have also prepared tailored Certification Management Plans and developed Employer Requirements (ERs) to ensure alignment with project goals. Additionally, we supported the preparation of Design Basis documentation and managed the full cycle of Project Certification. Our Permitting Consultancy further ensured compliance with local regulations, facilitating the timely and efficient execution of these pioneering offshore wind projects.
