SeaRenergy once again completed the reassessment of its SCL Certification

We are happy to confirm that SeaRenergy Offshore Holding has successfully completed the Safety Culture Ladder recertification on Step 3 with a cumulative score of 99%.

In 2021 the process of re-certification was strongly influenced by the pandemic situation and therefore became an especially challenging effort for all colleagues involved. Again, some of the different control audits had to be conducted remotely by Lloyd Register on behalf of the NEN – always in accordance with the amended policy document for exceptional measures relating to COVID-19.

We are exceptionally proud that our commitment towards safety and culture development was endorsed, and we believe that working with the Safety Culture Ladder has helped us to ensure a safe and healthy working environment, especially under pandemic conditions.

What is the Safety Culture Ladder?

The Safety Culture Ladder encourages safety awareness and conscious safe behaviour. The goal is to reduce the number of unsafe situations with fewer incidents (absenteeism, damage) as a result.
