In 2011 SeaRenergy was awarded an engineering contract for the transport and installation concept (T&I) for two HVDC substations (BorWin beta and HelWin alpha) by Siemens AG. Our dedicated and professional work approach was honored by Siemens with the award of the overall T&I contract for the two substations in 2012. SeaRenergy successfully installed the two platforms in 2013 and 2014.
SeaRenergy´s experience in the field of construction site safety includes delivery and deployment as well as maintenance and removal of buoys. In 2015 SeaRenergy was responsible for the removal of several buoys from the BARD windfarm. In 2016 we delivered and deployed five cardinal marker buoys for the Veja Mate windfarm. SeaRenergy will also take care of the four scheduled maintenance runs for these buoys and their removal.
SeaRenergy performed the quality check of procedures for the load-out of monopiles (2015).
Since 2014, SeaRenergy has been providing operation support for various converter platforms in the North Sea: BorWin alpha and beta, SylWin alpha, HelWin alpha and beta, DolWin alpha. Our support includes all aspects of platform management such as emergency response, marine and material logistics, technical support, and decks operation.
SeaRenergy was responsible for the development of procedures, risk assessments, and safety checklists for the offshore accomodation platform Dan Tysk (2016).
